ZANE systems Ltd. is Your PCB design partner.

Our company was founded in 2012, we are at the demand of our customers with electronic design and small series and prototype production. In addition to our talented electrical engineers and modern SMT production equipments, our MSZ EN ISO9001: 2015 quality management system guarantees the excellent quality of our work.

We often implement unique needs, and many inventors have come to us to help bring their idea to life. We have both domestic and foreign partners, from entrepeneurs to large companies. We really like our work because we can work on interesting and varied projects every day.

Our strength is the PCB layout design, but we often participate in expert projects such as EMC testing. In the world of microcontrollers, our engineers are also at home, and in many cases we write the control program ourselves for our hardware projects, but it is also often the case that the program of the electronics we manufacture is made by our client.

There are several forms of cooperation:

- We get a finished design and the parts are provided by the customer, we only do the implantation.

- The design files are provided by the customer, as well as some of the parts, the rest is ordered by us and then pick and placed.

- We procure, pick and place, solder and test all the components.

- The customer only brings the need / idea, we design the circuit, we order the PCBs and all the components, we pick and place, solder, test, program and assemble the circuits.

In our fulfillment EMS service, our customer only has to forward the orders to us to, and we will carry out the entire process and send the manufactured devices to his client packaged on his behalf.

With the cooperation of our plastic industry partner, Plasticform Kft, we also participate in the production of injection molding tools and plastic parts and device housings, even in the case of smaller series.

Thanks to our university connections, eight to ten electrical engineering students choose our company every year to do laboratory work, practical work or to make their diplom thesis.
