Emmanuelle Guéné began her career as an R&D Technician in Bry sur Marne, France. Upon obtaining her Masters of Chemistry degree in Organic Synthesis from CNAM (Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers) in Paris in 2003, Emmanuelle became a Development Engineer where she has been involved in formulating solder pastes and fluxes as well as providing customers technical support. Then, Emmanuelle managed the Worldwide Application and Technical Support Team, with the following main missions: technical training, support to customers and coordination of worldwide technical support for Inventec soldering range. Emmanuelle also published several technical papers (solder paste and flux development, with a focus on reliability and compatibility). Emmanuelle managed the R&D of the Inventec ultra-thin coating range. After one year as Soldering Product Manager in the newly created Marketing team, she took over the responsibility of Technical Support for all ranges of products: soldering, cleaning and coating.
